Bio

I am a main developer and maintainer of the SeqAn C++ library. This software library provides efficient algorithms and data structures focussing on sequence analysis and computational biology. In this project, we are accelerating two fundamental classes of algorithms that are used in many related applications: pairwise sequence alignment and pattern matching.
