I'm a Data Scientist and Machine learning engineer, Last Working in CyberSecurity on petabyte scale models. I have experience in distributed ML with MPI most recently Apache Spark. VP Emeritus of the Apache Mahout project, where I contributed and oversaw an effort to add OpenMP and OpenCl bindings for back end offloading of large scale Matrix Algebra Problems to Native, multi CPU and GPU environments. Spending time now on IoT and Commuications projects, focused on security and Hardware acceleration with GPUs, FPGAs, for open source work.
